What does C&E’s Snow Cones & Party Rentals offer?
We provide everything you need to elevate your event with our selection of rental items: snow cone machines, cotton candy machines, popcorn machines, hot dog rollers, yard games, PA Systems and even an inflatable nightclub/party event club! In addition to our inflatable party house/event club, we offer silent party events. Whether you’re hosting a casual gathering or a grand celebration, our rentals add excitement and a uniqueness!
Plus, on special occasions, we offer our unique treats for purchase, including our specialty popcorn, various flavored cotton candy, and, of course, delicious snow cones!
What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?
Once your deposit is paid and your rental date is confirmed, you may cancel up to 3 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 3-day window leading up to your event will incur a $20–$30 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your deposit.
For example, if your rental date is March 6th, you can cancel on or before March 2nd for a full refund. If you cancel on March 3rd, the $20–$30 cancellation fee will apply since March 3rd falls within the 3-day window (March 3rd–5th) leading up to your event date, March 6th.
Services that require reservations at least one week in advance cannot be canceled during the week leading up to the event. If a cancellation is made within this time frame, $30 will be deducted from your deposit.
In the event of an error on our part or circumstances beyond our control, we are committed to doing everything within reason to make it right. We will work diligently to address any issues and ensure a positive experience.
Right to Refuse Service Policy
Curtis & Edwards Snow Cones & Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we reasonably believe that:
1. There is a risk of harm to our equipment, staff, or other customers.
2. There is a risk of damage to property, including our own or that of others.
3. The safety and well-being of others may be compromised.
Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all customers. This policy is in place to protect our equipment, staff, and patrons, and to maintain a high standard of service.

Is there a discount if all of my guests don’t show up?
We understand that planning a party can be challenging, and sometimes it’s hard to know exactly how many guests will attend.
Please note that for all our packages—whether it’s Party Packs, the Inflatable Party House, Silent Parties, or any other services—we are unable to reduce or adjust prices for guests who do not attend or for unused consumables. Our packages are priced to provide the best value and experience, regardless of attendance or consumption. Thank you for your understanding!
Why am I being taxed 8.86%?
Kindly note that an 8.86% tax will be applied to your purchase, in accordance with the local tax rate of the town where our business is located. We appreciate your understanding and support!
Can I reschedule my event day?
If a concession rental is scheduled for an outdoor event and the weather turn inclement-bad. Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund. We also ask that the equipment not be used in bad outdoor weather (rain, sleet, snow, lightning, etc.) due to damage to the equipment or electric shock. However, if we can reschedule the event we will make every effort to do so. This also applies to the inflatable nightclub/party house as well. Under certain circumstances it may be impossible for us to reschedule. It is the responsibility of the renter to be certain the date selected will work best for them.
Is a deposit required and is it refundable?
Yes. To secure your rental date and equipment, a deposit is required. Additionally, to protect our equipment in case of accidental damage, a damage waiver must be signed for all rentals. The remaining balance is due either the day before “in most cases” or on the day of your event prior to. When the equipment is retuned and inspected. And if there is no damage found. The full deposit will be returned.
Damage waiver fees are separate and are not refundable.
Why do I need to give a deposit?
Customers are required to give a deposit to secure their booking, ensuring we reserve the necessary equipment, materials, and staff for their event. This deposit helps us prepare for each event confidently, covers preliminary expenses, and protects against last-minute cancellations. It’s our way of guaranteeing dedicated service and availability for each customer’s scheduled time.
How do damage waivers work?
Damage waivers are agreements typically offered by rental companies that relieve the renter from financial responsibility “for certain types of damage” to the rented equipment or property during the rental period. Here’s how they generally work:
1. Purpose: A damage waiver provides a level of protection, covering accidental damage to the rented item(s) that might otherwise leave the renter financially responsible.
2. Fee: The renter pays an additional fee on top of the standard rental price for the waiver. This fee can be a flat rate or a percentage of the rental cost.
3. Coverage Scope:
• Typically Covered: Accidental damage like scratches, dents, or minor wear and tear.
• Typically Not Covered: Damage from negligence, intentional misuse, or loss/theft (unless specified).
4. Limits and Exclusions: Most waivers have specific exclusions, and not all types of damage will be covered. Some policies may limit the amount of damage that is covered, “and renters may still have some financial responsibility” for large repairs or replacement.
5. Liability Reduction, Not Insurance: Damage waivers reduce liability but are not the same as insurance policies. They simply limit what the rental company will charge for damages rather than providing comprehensive coverage.
6. When It’s Beneficial: A damage waiver can be useful if there’s a risk of incidental damage that the renter may not be able to avoid, like using equipment in outdoor environments where unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Why do I have to sign a damage waiver?
The damage waiver is in place to protect both parties. It ensures that you understand and agree to take responsibility for the proper use of the equipment during your rental period. This helps cover potential damages caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence while the equipment is in your care. It’s a standard practice to safeguard our investment and maintain the quality of our services for all our customers.
Is there customer support if we have trouble using the equipment?
Yes! Every machine comes with detailed instructions. However, if you experience any difficulties operating the equipment or notice damage had occurred, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Can I make payments up until my event?
Absolutely! We’re pleased to offer flexibility with payments up until the day of your event. To ensure a smooth and successful experience, we encourage booking your event date several weeks in advance. All we would need is the deposit. Then you are able to start making payments of any amount, up to your reserved date. When making payments, please contact us directly so we can promptly update our records.
What is an inflatable Nightclub/Party house and how is it used?
An inflatable nightclub also called a party event house is a large, inflatable structure designed to mimic the feel of a traditional nightclub or party space, with added portability and convenience. It can be quickly set up at almost any location, providing a unique and enclosed space for events. These structures often come equipped with nightclub and party essentials such as lighting effects, Bluetooth speakers for music, fog or haze machines, and sometimes even air conditioning, making them suitable for both day and night events.
How It’s Used:
• Corporate Events: Businesses sometimes rent inflatable nightclubs for team-building activities, product launches, or unique networking events.

Are there any unavailability dates for the inflatable Party house?
Unfortunately, we are unable to rent the inflatable party house from July 1st to July 7th. With fireworks being common during this time, there is a higher risk of accidental damage, such as holes or even fire, caused by stray fireworks. While we’d love to accommodate rentals during these dates, we believe it’s safer and more responsible to pause rentals until after the seventh to ensure the safety of everyone and the integrity of the inflatable. Thank you for your understanding!
However, during July 1st–7th, we will still be offering rentals for snow cone machines, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, hotdog rollers, (and any services associated with them), yard games, and silent headphones.
What if it takes Servers more than two hour's to serve?
If our servers require more than two hours to serve all your guests and there are still attendees waiting to be served after this time, we want to reassure you that our team will stay until all guests have been served and the service minimum has been met.
This additional time will be provided at no extra cost to you in this specific situation.
Is there a setup and delivery fee?
There is only a delivery and setup fee on the Inflatable nightclub/party house of $50. If the inflatable is rented for more than three hours setup and delivery fee is waived if local-“Mexico.” There is a $75 set up and delivery fee outside of Mexico. All other equipment should be picked up by the customer. If a customer is unable to pick up a rental, a fee will be accessed to deliver.

Can children rent snow cone, cotton candy and/or popcorn machines?
Unfortunately, no. Renting our machines requires a contractual agreement signed by both parties, and each party must be legally able to sign. However, an adult may sign on behalf of a child stating responsibility. And, “all” of our rental equipment requires adult supervision. For any organization, groups or individual, to rent from us, the signer must be at least 18 years old.
What is the difference between the daily priced packages and the hourly priced ones?
The key difference between the two options is that daily rentals allow you to operate the equipment yourself for the entire day, while hourly rentals typically include a server to assist in serving your guests. And, machines are operated by Staff.
Why is the Party Pack most popular?
The Party Pack is most popular because it’s a snow cone party ready to go! It equips you with every thing you need to entertain 25-30 guests. Whether you are a consumer, entrepreneur or fund raising. The Party Pack’s budget-friendly price point and all the essentials included makes the Party Pack the go to choice!
Whats the difference between the Super Party Pack and the Premium?
Both packages offer multiple snow cones and include setup and takedown services. The main differences lie in the quality of the machine and ice, with the Premium PartyPack offering a finer snow cone texture and providing pure spring water for ice. The Super Party Pack requires customer-provided ice and offers 12 flavors versus the 9 in the Premium package. Additionally, the Premium Party Pack is designed as an exclusive service and cannot be interchanged with other Packs. The Super Party Pack can be set up at the time of the event. Whereas, the machine for the Premium Party Pack requires an hour to an hour and a half before operating so that refrigerant can settle.

What if we reach our Pack’s snow cone limit in the first hour
We will provide a specified number of snow cones, etc per your Pack (Super, Premium or Ultimate) during your 2-hour scheduled event. Once we’ve reached this total, our service commitment will be fulfilled, even if it happens within the first hour. Additional hours may be added depending on if there are other scheduled planned events for us that day.
Can we keep any left over supplies?
Absolutely! Any leftover supplies from your event, such as syrups, cups, and straws from the Party Pack, are yours to keep. We kindly ask that you transfer any remaining syrup into your own container and return the empty bottles, pour spouts, and other equipment provided with your package. This ensures we’re ready to prepare for the next event. Items like the Ultimate Party Pack, extra snow cones, cotton candy, or popcorn are also yours to enjoy and take home!
If you book an hourly event with us, you’re welcome to take home any unused items from your party package. For instance, if your package includes 40 snow cones and only 25 are enjoyed during the event, we will gladly prepare the remaining snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy, etc for you to take home, ensuring you get the full value of your purchase.

Can I have a silent party and rent the party house in a park?
Absolutely! Just make sure to reserve the park (Mexico or any other town) and secure any necessary permits. If electricity isn’t available, we can provide it for an additional fee.

What are your hours of operation?
Great question! Our typical business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, we remain on call during weekends for pickups and drop-offs, especially for rentals like Silent Party events or Inflatable Nightclub/Party House events. If equipment needs to be retrieved, we’re still working, even outside standard hours. Rest assured, we’re available when you need us, including weekends!
